My name is Adriana and I am a couples counsellor and individual counsellor. I have offered a safe and confidential space to all kinds of people coming with all kinds of current and/or past complications. Couples, sometimes one or both, come wanting to give things another-go without descending into the usual destructive patterns; one partner may want to explain their side of the story or/and needs to stop feeling so angry/ resentful/ sad etc.
Although I am not a trained Sex Therapist, i am happy to offer a splace where people bring some sex related issues. This can be erectile disfunction (ED); polyamory; loss of interest; and emerging intrusive thoughts that are interrupting intimacy, be it for emotional or historical reasons. (If there is a possible medical aspect, particularly regarding ED, I recommend people to see their GP).
Another reason people might come is because they are stuck in habitual arguments and one or both want to find caring and amicable ways forward, or move towards separation. (For managing assets and custody Mediation is a great option, which comes with legal advice that I cannot offer. Individuals sometimes come along if their relationship has ended and they are left coping with heartbreak, wanting to not make similar mistakes in future, for for all the above reasons and more.
Equally many people experience negative effects of pornography and come to find support. The side effects of porn consumption can be ED, financial difficulty, guilt, feeling the need to have multiple partners, etc. I cannot provide addiction counselling but I do provide a non-judgmental space for people to air their feelings and frustrations.

“Adriana helped us hear each other in a way we hadn’t managed for years.”
“Working with her allowed me to understand patterns I’d repeated all my life.”
“The workshop changed the way I communicate.”
I am a relationship, couples, and individual therapist with a long-standing interest in how people connect, communicate, and make sense of their internal world. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded in psychological insight. I pay close attention to the emotional patterns that shape people’s lives, and the ways early experiences influence present relationships.
When I work with neurodivergent individuals and couples, I recognise that therapy needs to be approached with care, clarity and flexibility. Neurodivergent clients often have different ways of processing information, communicating needs and experiencing relationships, and I take these differences seriously. I aim to respond thoughtfully and adapt my approach so that the work feels safe, collaborative and respectful of each person’s neuro-type.
I acknowledge that there can be important differences in how therapy is experienced, and I do my utmost to respond to these differences in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. This may include discussing in advance what is likely to be covered in each session, how sessions are structured and what the therapeutic process may involve over time.

I work with a range of therapeutic influences. My focus is on helping people become more present, more attuned to themselves, and more available to the relationships that matter to them. My intention is to create a safe, reflective space where deeper understanding can emerge.
