Welcome.
My work is centered on helping people understand themselves and each other with greater clarity, honesty, and compassion. Whether through therapy, writing, or group workshops, my aim is to explore the ways we relate—to ourselves, to others, and to the world we live in.
Book A Session

I work with a range of therapeutic influences. My focus is on helping people become more present, more attuned to themselves, and more available to the relationships that matter to them. My intention is to create a safe, reflective space where deeper understanding can emerge.
About Me

I support individuals navigating challenges in relationships, self-worth, overwhelm, trauma histories, and emotional patterns that feel difficult to change. Together we explore what sits beneath the surface and look for ways to create internal and relational ease.
When working with neurodivergent individuals and couples, I approach therapy with care, clarity, and flexibility. I recognise different ways of processing, communicating, and relating, and adapt my approach so the work feels safe, collaborative, and respectful. This can include agreeing in advance on session structure and what to expect from the therapeutic process.
I run workshops on relationships, communication, flirting and foreplay, emotional presence intimacy, consent, building a blueprint of expectations before we move in together, Recognising and emmbrassing Diversity in couples and maintaing and exploring love after the honeymoon period. These sessions bring people together to explore the psychological patterns that influence how we connect.
For individuals and couples who want to better understand how they relate, romantically, sexually, as parents, and within family dynamics. This work explores boundaries, intimacy, attachment, communication, and recurring patterns.I support couples experiencing conflict, distance, or communication difficulties, helping each partner feel heard and able to speak more authentically. Together, we create greater clarity, emotional safety, and more conscious ways of relating.
I am committed to continuous learning and have undertaken additional professional development courses including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO), Neurodiversity Traning, Working with Sexual Assault and Self-Harm. I trained with Relate in Systemic and Psychodynamic individual and relationship therapy. I am a qualified Focusing Practitioner, and have trained in Writing for Wellbeing.
